In case of any damage, loss or theft of the Power 7, the following surcharges will apply:

Own risk lost E-bike	€220
Single lock	€300
Lost key	€15
Own risk battery	€500
Not locked without battery missing	€1,500
Not locked and battery missing	€2,000
Depot collection	€40
Unjustified Swap	€20
Lost charger	€130

Please make sure to contact Swapfiets within 24 hours when any of these situations occur.
